About this event

Through the many meetings and activities as well as a series of interesting workshops, we are hopeful everyone leaves Jacksonville fulfilled and energized so that we all can live up to the theme of the conference, “Go into the world and proclaim the Good News to the whole creation” Mark 16:15

OFFICIAL DATES

The 2019 Clergy-Laity Congress, the Philoptochos Congress, and the Choir Conference will convene on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Hotel (225 E. Coastline Drive, Jacksonville). An itinerary, including Board meetings scheduled to occur on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, and on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, will be mailed as soon as it is finalized. If you are driving into Jacksonville, the Hyatt Regency has ample parking in an attached parking garage. The overnight parking rates are: $20 for self-parking and $25 for valet parking. Rates may vary for special events and are subject to change without notice.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

If you need additional assistance, please contact Hyatt at 877-803-7534. Please reference the group code“G-GREK” when making your reservation to secure our special room rate of $149 per night, excluding taxes and fees. To take advantage of our discounted rates, please make your reservations prior to May 31, 2019. If the group rate is no longer available, prevailing rates may be offered for some or all of your dates.

CONGRESS REGISTRATION

  • $450 Clergy-Laity Delegates & Non-Delegates
  • $450 Metropolis Council Members
  • $450 Archons and Archdiocesan Council Members
  • $450 Philoptochos Delegates and Non-Delegates
  • $125 Presbyteras
  • Free for retired Clergy and their Presbyteras
  • Free for widowed Presbyteras
  • +$50.00 for registrations received after May 31, 2019

CHOIR REGISTRATION

  • $200 Adult Registration Fee
  • $125 Teen Registration Fee
  • +$50.00 for registration received after May 31, 2019

Along with your main registration, you have the option to pay for add-on items. The a la carte selections available are:

  • Lunch a la carte (Thursday): $50 - Lunch is included with the Full Access and Choir registrations. This item is only necessary if you have additional people or are not purchasing a Full Access or Choir registration.

  • Youth Event (Vacation Bible School): $20 - Vacation Bible School runs June 26-28 and costs $20 per child.
  • Youth Event (Velocity Air Sports): $25 - Velocity Air Sports event is June 26 and costs $25 per child.
  • Youth Event (Service and Sundaes): Free - Service and Sundaes event is June 27 and free for children.
  • Youth Event (PJs and Movie Night): Free - PJs and Movie Night event is June 28 and free for children.
